ADHD Workshop

You want a better handle on this thing called ADHD but are not ready to commit to coaching just yet. Then come with me on this crash course to get a quick peek into how to work with your brain.  It certainly won’t hurt, and you just might get some tips & tricks to leading a calmer and more fulfilling life.

There are some things you just can’t pick up on your own – like driving a car, playing certain sports, cooking or learning trigonometry.  For some people, they need guidance on how to work with their own brain.

Why fight it?

Join me as we open the door on how your brain works.  It’s about defining the WHAT, helping you find your WHO, and tips and tricks for the HOW. Then, you can begin to figure out some ways to start doing what you want to do and what you have to do more easily and with less frustration.
